Job summary

Select Medical’s East Side Physical Therapy team in Cleveland seeks a Regional Patient Service Specialist. This full-time role schedules appointments, greets patients, and coordinates with insurers and attorneys while supporting 7 clinics in the Cleveland suburbs.

Expect Monday–Friday work with two evenings per week until 7 pm; starting pay is $17–$19 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurers, translation services, and operations teams.

Compensation: $17.00-$19.00/hour (pending experience)
