Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for our Canton, OH outpatient physical therapy center. In this front-desk role you’ll greet patients, register them, explain what to expect, and help schedule their visits.

You’ll collect co-pays, handle insurance authorizations and verifications, and coordinate with attorney offices, insurers, translation services and the care team to keep operations running smoothly. This full-time role includes mentorship, PTO and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 1 year front desk experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and inform them about the visit and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurers, translation services, and care team leaders.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and perform insurance verifications.

Position: Patient Service Specialist

Location: 4766 Belpar St NW. Canton, OH 44718

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Minimum of 1 evening per week till 7 PM)

Compensation: $15.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

• 1 Year Front Desk experience
• Healthcare experience
