The role emphasizes accuracy, courtesy, and collaboration with the care team to ensure a smooth patient experience from arrival through checkout.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior front desk/medical office experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and explain visit procedures.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurance, translation services, and leadership teams.
• Collect co-pays and perform insurance authorizations and verifications.

Job Description

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays, Monday/Thursday 9am-6:30pm, Tuesday/Wednesday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 7:30am-2:30pm (morning hours can be flexible, will discuss)

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00/hour

As a patient service specialist, you’ll manage both the patient side and the business side of our center.
