Qualifications

• Proven experience in patient registration, scheduling or customer service.
• Or an associate's degree with 1 year of experience.
• Strong computer skills using Windows-based applications.
• Ability to perform basic math for insurance co-pays.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient registration and visit preparation.
• Perform telephone triage and scheduling.
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays.
• Enter and maintain confidential patient information.
• Educate patients on MyChart and Appointment Pass.
