Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years in patient registration, scheduling, insurance processing or customer service.
• OR an Associate’s Degree with 1 year of experience.
• OR a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients, collect co-pays and complete visit preparations.
• Assist with kiosk use, scheduling, pre-registration and MyChart enrollment.
• Coordinate with physicians to ensure smooth checkout and accurate registrations.
• Perform patient registration, insurance verification and co-pay collection.
• Enter and maintain confidential patient information and records.
• Support interpreter services scheduling as needed.
