Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of patient registration or scheduling experience OR an Associate's Degree with 1 year experience OR a Bachelor's Degree.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive, proactive patient and visitor experience.
• Perform phone triage, registration, insurance eligibility checks and co‑payment collection.
• Verify insurance and capture referrals, cancellations and physician data.
