Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
• Working knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
• Bilingual (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests and confirm identity and visit details.
• Handle check-in and check-out functions as directed.
• Update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Complete patient registrations as needed.
• Obtain patient consents/authorizations.
• Collect co-payments and post payments.
• Inform patients of delays or changes in appointments.
• Schedule appointments and support float to other clinics.
