Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests and confirm identity and visit details.
• Check-in and check-out as directed.
• Update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Register patients when needed.
• Obtain patient consents/authorizations.
• Collect co-payments and post payments; close cash drawer daily.
• Maintain a clean waiting area.
• Inform patients of delays or appointment changes.
• Schedule appointments as needed.
• Float to other ICCs/departments as required.
• May perform other duties.
