Job summary

MyEyeDr. is hiring a Patient Service Coordinator to provide personalized front-desk experiences during check-in and check-out. Training will cover insurance plans and patient education to support a best-in-class vision care experience.

The role reports to the Office General Manager, with some weekend and evening shifts required and a wage range of $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer facing role supporting administrative duties and clerical tasks.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while delivering service.
• Professional, friendly and patient-centric attitude with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out process experience.
• Verify insurance plans and educate patients on options at check in/out.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach in coordination with Doctor availability.
• Multitask by managing phone lines, greeting patients, scheduling, and supporting staff as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
