Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk operations, check-in/out processes, and patient communications. Training will be provided to learn the vision care industry and support a best-in-class patient experience.

You will verify insurance options, assist with appointment confirmations, and help schedule appointments while maintaining a friendly, efficient, and organized work environment. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer facing role supporting administrative duties and clerical tasks
• Organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while delivering best-in-class service
• Professional, friendly, patient-centric mindset with strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with a personalized check-in/check-out experience
• Verify and educate patients on insurance options during check-in/out
• Assist with appointment confirmations and outreach in collaboration with Doctor availability
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients and walk-ins, schedule appointments, support office staff
• Cross-train to other office roles such as Eyewear Consultants and Optometric Technicians as needed
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience
