Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator in Scottsdale to deliver a personalized patient experience at the front desk during check-in and check-out. You will learn the industry and support a best-in-class vision care experience, reporting to the Office General Manager. Expect weekend and evening shifts.

You will verify insurance, confirm appointments, manage calls, greet patients, and assist staff. Training and growth opportunities are provided within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role supporting administrative duties.
• Organized and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks under pressure while delivering best-in-class service.
• Flexible and collaborative with an ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer use with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with a personalized check-in/out experience.
• Verify and educate patients on insurance options at check-in/check-out.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach based on Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients and walk-ins, and support office staff as needed.
• Cross-train to other office roles such as Eyewear Consultants or Optometric Technicians as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
