Mercy is hiring a Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will help manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, and enter patient information with accuracy and care.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication, confidentiality, and customer service skills. Training will cover clinic front desk procedures and privacy requirements, supporting a positive patient experience.
