MercyHealth is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and seamless experience by managing front desk operations and workflows.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and basic computer skills. Candidates should possess excellent customer service, confidentiality, and the ability to work under pressure in a healthcare environment. Clinic Core Front Desk Training is provided post-hire.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with patients, healthcare professionals, and staff.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and word processing.
• Excellent customer service, empathetic, patient-focused and able to handle inquiries with tact.
• Accuracy and attention to detail entering patient information, scheduling appointments, and processing documentation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy policy/procedure.
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure with professionalism and composure.
• Attend and complete Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire.
