Job summary

MyEyeDr. is hiring a Patient Service Coordinator in Oklahoma City to manage front desk operations, check-in/out processes, and patient interactions with a focus on service excellence.

No optical experience is required; training and tools will be provided to learn the industry, while delivering a best-in-class patient experience. Weekend/evening shifts may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role with administrative duties.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
• Friendly, patient-centric, and team-oriented.
• Computer savvy with strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience that is timely, seamless and positive.
• Become a subject matter expert in insurance plans to verify and educate patients at check in/out.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach in partnership with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients and walk-ins, schedule appointments and assist office staff as needed.
• Cross-train to other office support roles such as Eyewear Consultants and Optometric Technicians as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to deliver a seamless patient experience.
