Job summary

MyEyeDr. is hiring a Patient Service Coordinator to manage our front desk during check-in/out, ensuring a personalized, seamless patient experience. You will learn about insurance plans, assist with appointment confirmations, and support office staff in a fast-paced environment.

No optical experience is required; training is provided. Weekend and evening shifts may be required as part of a flexible schedule to serve patients effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience at a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role supporting administrative duties.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while delivering best-in-class service.
• Flexible and able to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, caring and patient-centric mindset with teamwork.
• Proficient in oral and written communication and problem-solving for patient requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with a personalized check-in/out experience.
• Verify insurance and educate patients on options during check-in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and patient outreach in coordination with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients and walk-ins, schedule appointments, and support office staff.
• Cross-train to other office roles as needed; collaborate with doctors and team for seamless patient care.
