Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage our front desk during check-in/out and deliver a personalized patient experience. No optical experience is required as training will be provided, and you will learn about an industry that aims to help patients see and live their best lives.

This role reports to the Office General Manager with some weekend and evening shifts. You will verify insurance, coordinate with doctors on availability, answer phones, greet patients, schedule

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, reception, or customer-facing roles.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure with excellent service.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work weekends or evenings as needed.
• Professional, friendly, patient-centered demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients promptly and courteously.
• Verify insurance and explain options at check-in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Handle multiple phone lines and walk-ins; support office staff.
• Cross-train for other office roles as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth patient experiences.
