Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer facing role supporting administrative duties.
• Ability to verify information and educate patients on options.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience that is timely and positive.
• Verify insurance plans and educate patients during check in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and patient outreach.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet walk-ins, and support staff as needed.
• Cross-train to other office support roles as required.
