Qualifications

• 2 years administration or similar experience preferred.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance and OSHA rules and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments and messages.
• Coordinate scheduling with providers, locations and payers.
• Obtain patient demographics, insurance information and contact details.
• Distribute faxes and help manage needed requests.
