Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years administration or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and field scheduling questions.
• Direct calls to appropriate parties and take/distribute messages.
• Schedule patient appointments, tests and procedures across locations and payers.
• Obtain patient demographics and insurance information accurately.
• Distribute faxes and manage requested items.
