Job summary

Training is conducted in person at the Gorham office for roughly 6–8 weeks. The successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication, customer-service experience preferred, and a commitment to HIPAA privacy and accurate appointment management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for a high-volume multi-physician practice.
• Cancel and reschedule patient appointments.
• Provide clear instructions to prepare patients for exams.
• Maximize scheduling efficiency by offering next available slots across locations.
• Protect patient privacy under HIPAA.
• Maintain regular in-person attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• 40 hours per week.
• Training period of 6–8 weeks will be held in Gorham.
