Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs appointment scheduling for a high volume multi-physician practice.
• Cancels and reschedules patient appointments as required.
• Provides instructions to prepare patients for examinations or procedures.
• Maximizes scheduling efficiency by offering next available appointments and matching to optometrist/location.
• Maintains HIPAA privacy knowledge and compliance.
• All other duties as assigned.
