Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer service role, medical office preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with GE AthenaPractice is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally.
• Register new patients and update demographics.
• Schedule appointments for consultations and procedures.
• Enter and verify insurance information.
• Process consult requests and communicate statuses to physicians.
• Index external records and manage authorization processes.
• Address patient concerns with courtesy.
• Follow Central Scheduling Manager policies.
