Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients over the phone in a professional and friendly manner.
• Register new patients and update demographics in the system.
• Schedule appointments for consultations, procedures, and follow-ups.
• Enter insurance information accurately and maintain records.
• Process consultation requests and communicate statuses to physicians.
• Handle patient concerns in a courteous manner and follow policy.
• Operate a multi-line telephone system and basic office equipment.
