Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments system-wide according to physician guidelines and patient preferences.
• Complete basic registration, demographic and insurance data with HIPAA-compliant handling.
• Provide information and answer inquiries, directing non-scheduling calls as needed.
• Document interactions in the CRM and ensure accurate patient information for timely payment.
