Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete appointment scheduling, cancellation and confirmation using scheduling guidelines.

• Handle general inquiries and direct non-scheduling calls to appropriate departments.
• Maintain professionalism and privacy in all patient interactions; support training for new hires.
