Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients, guests, and family members.
• Create, activate, and complete patient scheduling, clinic registration, or hospital admission.
• Ensure all forms are completed and paperwork is accurate.
• Input demographic and financial information; explain benefits and collect co-pays and self-pay amounts.
• Perform financial analysis of cases and inform patients of financial responsibility.
• Balance cash drawer daily and complete end-of-shift procedures.
