• Create, activate, and complete scheduling, registration, or hospital admission processes.
• Gather and input demographic and financial information; explain insurance benefits and collect payments.
• Perform financial analyses of each case and inform patients of financial responsibility.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare deposits; follow end-of-shift cash procedures.
• Maintain professionalism and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
