Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of healthcare or customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound scheduling calls and schedule patients per physician guidelines.
• Accurately collect and register patient demographics and insurance information.
• Schedule system-wide with prep instructions and proper documentation.
• Follow Telephone Receptionist Emergency/Suicide Protocol when needed.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new hires and contribute to team metrics.
• Maintain professional, courteous interactions with patients and staff.
