Formación

• Customer service experience preferred for scheduling and inquiries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Epic and Outlook preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service by resolving concerns and responding to inquiries.
• Coordinate services according to policies and educate customers as needed.
• Maintain schedule adherence and productivity standards.
• Handle all customer contacts including scheduling requests and provider messages.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the manager.
