Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients by answering and managing calls in an enthusiastic, courteous, and professional manner.
• Schedule patient appointments and enter required information into the computer system.
• Direct calls to the appropriate personnel and coordinate with referring physicians and internal staff.
• Gather and enter insurance and demographic information, assist with rescheduling or canceling appointments.
• Support callers with follow-up needs; maintain accuracy and efficiency.
