Job summary

Orange County Health Psychologists in Irvine, CA is seeking a Patient Relations Liaison to join our Administrative Team. In this full-time role, you will assist patients with warmth and professionalism, handle inquiries, schedule appointments, verify benefits, submit claims, and post payments using our medical office software.

You will support a team of therapists, ensure HIPAA compliance, and maintain accurate records while contributing to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an office environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, health care, accounting, finance or business preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required; medical billing software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new patient inquiries and matching to providers.
• Schedule intake appointments and manage calendars.
• Verify insurance benefits and submit claims.
• Post patient and insurance payments; process credit card transactions.
