Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience in registration, scheduling, customer service, business office experience or insurance verification experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or health care management or 3-5 years registration/business office experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with healthcare software and office tools (e.g., RIS, Chartmaxx, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in designated areas (Patient Access, Pre and Point of Service Collection, Financial Counseling, or Centralized Patient Scheduling).
• Supervise staff including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor quality and accuracy of interactions and patient accounts; ensure regulatory compliance across locations.
• Monitor productivity and budget; collaborate with department leaders to improve efficiency and patient experience.
