Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and families, providing courteous, timely assistance.
• Schedule procedures, pre-register patients, and obtain demographics.
• Verify insurance eligibility and secure required authorizations.
• Record patient financial responsibility estimates and collect co-pays as applicable.
• Maintain organized patient records and communicate with physician offices.
