Behavioral Health Group - BHG is seeking a Patient Registration Coordinator to greet patients, verify eligibility, collect fees, and facilitate smooth intake at our on-site facility in Huntsville, AL. The role supports daily accounting tasks and maintains strict confidentiality.

The position offers a 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM Monday to Friday schedule, with on-site work and a bonus structure based on performance. Prior healthcare front desk experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in general office or front desk role.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Healthcare/admisis/insurance experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and manage a welcoming on-site check-in.
• Maintain organized waiting area and scheduling accuracy.
• Verify patient eligibility and update payer status.
• Collect copays and process fees with accuracy.
• Assist in daily accounting tasks and financial reporting.
• Submit insurance forms and assist with enrollment.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
• Cover reception during dispensing hours and schedule intakes.
