Huntsville Hospital is seeking an administrative team member to greet the public, patients, and families while collecting and entering demographic, financial, and registration information for all patient types. You will handle customer service issues in a friendly, professional manner and ensure accurate fee collection from patients or authorized representatives.

Flexibility is essential as shifts may vary, including weekends, holidays, and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Two to three years of customer service/public relations experience preferred.
• Two to three years computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets the public, patients, and families and obtains demographic, financial and registration information for all patient types.
• Handles all customer service issues in a customer-friendly manner and collects required fees from patients or authorized representatives.
• Must be flexible to work scheduled or needed, including alternate shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call. This is an administrative job.
