OrthoVirginia Inc is seeking a Registration Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients across its Virginia locations. You will help ensure visits are welcoming, organized, and efficient by coordinating appointments, verifying insurance, and supporting patient communications.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or medical office setting.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and scheduling processes.
• Experience using EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism, compassion, and exceptional service.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient communications via phone, email, and fax.
• Register patients and maintain accurate demographic, insurance, and medical information.
• Verify insurance eligibility, obtain prior authorizations, and collect copays and other payments.
• Coordinate with providers, clinical staff, and billing teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Support daily clinic operations through administrative tasks and front office coordination.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow scheduling and documentation procedures.
• Resolve patient questions or concerns and escalate issues appropriately.
• Assist with maintaining office supplies and front office organization.
