OrthoVirginia is seeking a Registration Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and to ensure visits are welcoming, organized, and efficient across multiple locations in Virginia. You will coordinate appointments, verify insurance, support patient communications, and assist with front office operations to deliver outstanding service.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, patient registration, scheduling, healthcare administration, or a medical office setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with patients and teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism, compassion, and exceptional customer service.
• Schedule appointments, answer calls, and manage patient communications via phone, email, and fax.
• Register patients and maintain accurate demographic, insurance, and medical information.
• Verify insurance eligibility, obtain prior authorizations, and collect copays and other patient payments.
• Coordinate with providers and billing teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Support daily clinic operations through administrative tasks and record management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow procedures.
• Resolve patient questions or concerns and escalate as needed.
• Assist with maintaining office supplies and front office organization.
