Job summary

Rancho Health in Temecula Valley OB, Murrieta, CA is seeking a Registration Coordinator to help patients check in and out smoothly. You will greet patients, verify insurance, collect paperwork, and coordinate with the front desk and providers.

Requires high school diploma; medical front office training or customer service experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. This is a regular full-time, on-site role with travel within the county as needed.

Qualifications

• Medical front office program completion or equivalent customer service training.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors upon entrance with warmth.
• Answer and direct multiple phone lines and check voicemails.
• Process patient payments via credit card or cash and balance cash drawer.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Verify insurance across several websites for patient visits.
• Assist with patient check-out and hand out labs or orders.
