Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Medical front office training or on-the-job training with emphasis on customer service.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify insurance; assist with paperwork.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and manage voicemails.
• Process payments by credit card or cash and balance cash drawer daily.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments; manage multiple websites for insurance verification.
• Assist patients at checkout and provide necessary documents (labs, orders).
• Maintain neat reception and waiting areas; support team with tasks.
