Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of scheduling in a multi-specialty clinic preferred.
• Experience handling patient information with HIPAA privacy and security requirements.

Responsabilités

• Schedule follow-up/return visits and tests for patients.
• Obtain pre-certifications and pre-authorizations as needed.
• Use Allscripts, Centricity Business and other systems to retrieve and enter information.
