Qualifications

• Successful completion of CSA competencies in two clinical front office operations within 6-12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Learn two or more clinical front office operations within 6-12 months (e.g., registration, scheduling, insurance entry).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Epic EMR system and front office workflows.
• Deliver superior customer service and represent UT Southwestern professionally to patients and staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and UT Southwestern policy.
• Ensure clinic areas are neat and stocked with needed forms and supplies.
