Job summary

Qualifications

• Education must include a high school diploma or GED.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience of less than 1 year in healthcare front office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform at least one front office operation (registration, scheduling, call center, etc.).
• Maintain knowledge of EPIC EMR system and front office workflows.
• Deliver superior customer service and professional representation of UT Southwestern.
• Build rapport with internal and external teams to support patient outcomes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and UT Southwestern policy.
• Ensure supplies are stocked for daily clinic operations.
