Qualifications

• CSA competencies in two clinical front office operations within 6–12 months of hire are required.
• Degree in related field and/or related experience is preferred but not required.
• Related experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn two or more clinical front office operations within 6–12 months.
• Register patients and schedule appointments for outpatient care.
• Document inbound calls and verify insurance information.
• Maintain Epic EMR user proficiency and front office workflows.
