Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of CSA competencies in two clinical front office operations within 6-12 months of hire.
• Preferred degree and/or related experience.
• Related experience in customer service is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in two clinical front office operations within 6-12 months.
• Handle registration, scheduling, inbound call documentation, and insurance entry.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Deliver superior customer service and professional representation of UT Southwestern.
