Qualifications

• CSA competencies in two clinical front office operations within 6-12 months of hire.
• Preferred: degree in related field, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn two or more clinical front office operations within 6-12 months.
• Maintain knowledge of Epic EMR system user operations and front office workflows.
• Deliver superior customer service to patients and colleagues.
• Build rapport with internal and external team members for patient outcomes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and UT Southwestern policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
