Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group seeks a Doctor Technician to provide outstanding customer service in-store. The role bridges the clinical and retail teams, ensuring a smooth patient flow and a positive experience at every touchpoint.

You will support clinical duties such as pretesting and contact lens care, assist with promotions and scheduling, and maintain patient records in a HIPAA-compliant environment while collaborating with PEG physicians and the retail staff.

Qualifications

• You have 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• You can multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• You can communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and identify needs to facilitate sales.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist management with patient queries and resolutions.
• Maintain patient records confidentially in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
• Support both clinical and retail teams to ensure smooth store operations and goal achievement.
