Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of experience delivering exceptional customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and a positive demeanor.
• Proactive problem solving to address patient concerns.
• Results-driven with ability to multitask in a team environment.
• Schedule flexibility; hours determined by business needs.
• Interest in technology and curiosity about innovations.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience, collaborating with team to achieve store goals and clinical metrics.
• Greet patients, identify needs, inform about products and services to ensure a memorable experience.
• Answer inquiries and gather information to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and inform on pending orders.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Keep patient records confidential and secure per HIPAA requirements.
• Other duties as assigned and required.
