ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first face patients see at our clinics in New England. You will greet patients, register them, collect payments, and ensure timely visits while supporting the clinical team.

The role offers opportunities to interact with patients, manage multiple software systems, and contribute to a positive, organized clinic environment. Availability includes full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proactive and confident communicator (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented and highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors, complete patient registration and update records.
• Handle insurance and billing inquiries with clear information.
• Manage patient reservations (online and walk-ins) and provider scheduling.
• Answer and direct phone calls; keep the reception area tidy and welcoming.
