Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, register them, and complete required forms.
• Handle insurance and billing inquiries with clear information.
• Collect payments and manage card-on-file and balances.
• Coordinate with clinical team to maintain smooth patient flow.
• Manage reservations (online and walk-in) and scheduling.
• Navigate multiple software systems following provider protocols.
