Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients at our Massachusetts clinics. You will greet patients, complete registrations, update records and collect payments, ensuring timely visits and smooth operation.

You will collaborate with clinical staff, handle insurance inquiries, and navigate multiple software systems to support our Employer Services team. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts as required across full-time, part-time, or per diem roles.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proactive and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Compassionate, authentic, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors; register patients and update records.
• Collect payments, insurance co-pays, and charges.
• Coordinate clinic workflow and scheduling across multiple systems.
• Answer phones professionally and maintain a tidy reception area.
• Understand CMD services and navigate reservation scheduling and EMR systems.
